The Brief

Our client NOVM were launching a new master-planned community project in the Southern Highlands - Ashbourne Moss Vale.

Utilising our Story Partnership Program, we assisted the client with creating a library of branded content over a 12 month period to promote the project and ultimately drive sales.

The primary goals of producing the brand assets were to:

  • articulate the vision of the Ashbourne project to potential buyers,

  • create a culture of connectivity and community between the project and the broader Moss Vale/Southern Highlands region, primarily through event videos that captured the monthly community events held by NOVM,

  • showcase the lifestyle offerings of the region, and

  • encourage buyers to make a tree change.
